Elena has twenty years experience as an administrator within the family business. Other than human resources, she liaised between the business and public administration, professional associations and other local professionals.
She has been a member of Shinui since 2008, first as participant in the three-year Counseling course as well as the Family Mediation one.
Consolidating on these two educational programs, Elena, in her internship, brought the experience of these disciplines to the legal world, working with in lawyers practice.
Since 2011 she has worked as a tutor for the School of Systemic-pluralistic Counseling.
Elena is currently developing the role of tutor in the school training courses, and at a theoretical level is preparing a thesis in this field, identifying specific cases, and studying and analysing their inherent complexity.
