Silvia Luraschi, PhD in “Scienze della Formazione e Comunicazione,” is an educationalist, systemic-pluralistic counselor, biographical analyst with a philosophical orientation (Sabof), and a Feldenkrais Method teacher. She is adjunct lecturer in Pedagogical Counseling at the University of Bergamo and an external collaborator of the Department of Human Sciences for Education at the University of Milano‑Bicocca.
She is part of the teaching staff at Shinui, co-teacher of GRASS Circolo di ricreazione, sguardi e pratiche educative sistemiche at Philo (Milan). A member of the social cooperative Comunità Progetto (Milan), she coordinates complex educational services and, as a freelancer, offers supervision and training to those working in the educational field with an ecological approach and body–mind–environment organic work practices.
In 2021 she published Le vie della riflessività. Per una pedagogia del corpomente. (Armando) and is the author of dozens of scientific articles on the embodied approach to life stories. She also offers individual courses in the Feldenkrais Method, counseling, and philosophical-oriented biographical analysis, available in person in Milan and Bergamo, as well as online or in hybrid mode.
